Dear Marcy,

What a lovely surprise!  I received the panacord keychain and as you know having lost my dearest SSGT Joe (U.S. Army) this is more than a welcomed gift, it is a reminder to me that Joe is always with me.  When I wear his army hat, his t-shirt, read his cards and, well….. look down at my keys now, I know as a reminder, that he is always with me.

As well, being a doggie grandmom, I am moved by Two Labs compassion in a world where so many forget to thank the soldiers and the shelter dogs.

Let me start with a thank you for the well wishes and also more than that……I am so touched with how special of a person you are.  I received my (much needed AND initial engraved, which I love) Lands’ End bag which could not have come at a better time, as I am know traveling 1 ½ hour to Colin’s almost every weekend and he lives in the woods, so the bag is a PERFECT travel necessity.  It is almost like you knew!  Thank you, 1000 times.

I just wanted to send you a quick note to thank you for the thoughtful holiday gift you sent.  I was very surprised to see my alma mater on the blanket when I opened the box and needed to do a double take to see who sent it.  Obviously you put some thought and a great deal of effort into obtaining the blanket and cup from my school and that’s very much appreciated.  I don’t have much from the school except my diploma and a monthly magazine as it’s been a long time so what you sent is great.  Have a great holiday season and I look forward to working together more in 2019.
